Our Goals
Maximize short-term sales through immediate improvements to email flows, campaign frequency, messaging and design.
What We Did
We analyzed the brand’s email flows and found several areas where improvements could be made. We made immediate updates to capture potential browse / cart abandonment dollars and encourage repeat purchase behavior from past customers. Finally, we prioritized updates for the remaining flows.
We adjusted campaign frequency to maximize revenue without creating email fatigue.
We updated the brand voice and subject line messaging to improve open rate.
We refreshed the layout, content and CTAs for both campaign and flow emails to better connect with the audience, drive click through rate (CTR), conversion rate, revenue per recipient and average order value (AOV).
Apothecanna was a strong D2C brand, but had recently had major budget cuts to their digital marketing budget so could not rely on advertising to drive growth. The brand needed their email marketing to drive growth, and also needed a push for short-term revenue. They turned to 9 Muses Marketing for help.
The Outcome:
In just two months, we increased placed order email-attributed revenue by 120% and increased campaign revenue by 82%. As a result of our adjustments, revenue from flows tripled, capturing additional monthly passive income. In addition, our changes resulted in a 53% increase in revenue per recipient.
