Sagely Naturals offers nutritional supplements and topical pain relief products specifically made for women. They’d worked for years with a different agency, but over time their D2C/ecomm revenue had stagnated, then started to drop. The company turned to 9 Muses Marketing for help.
Our Goals:
Sagely’s limited budget made email marketing the smartest choice to drive quick revenue, but we also wanted to breath life back into the brand and rebuild brand loyalty to drive long-term growth.
Our Plan:
We analyzed the brand’s email flows and found several areas where improvements could be made. We immediately updated some critical flows and prioritized the remainder for adjustment over the next few months.
We adjusted campaign frequency, updated the brand voice and messaging for subject lines to improve open rate, and refreshed the layout, content and CTAs for campaign emails to better connect with the audience and drive CTR and conversion.
The Outcome:
Within one month, our updates to email flows and campaigns resulted in an 105% increase in total email-attributed revenue, a 110% increase in campaign-based revenue, and a 79% increase in revenue from email flows. We also increased email open rates up by 25%.
